Caring for the Poor

South Sudan is one of the poorest nations on earth,
with over 90% of the population living on less than $1.00 per day.

As a result of the many years of war and turmoil — more than 20 years prior to Independence, and an internal civil war since 2013 — the people of South Sudan have suffered immensely with more than half a million killed and over 2.5 million displaced from their homes.
